This hand-hewn natual stone planter features Mounding Rosularia Lineta, simple yet elegant. Will grow over face and side of stone. In the background you may notice two Living Birdhouses.
Living plants and natural stone create a strikingly beautiful composition. Depending on the placement of your planter and climate (see care instructions), after a season or two moss will often start to grow around the base of the planter. This adds tremendously to the look and over all beauty.
Some planter designs may have symbols, pictographs, kanji etc. Often times engravings are inlaid with a iron oxide patina, and as the planter ages there may be a bleeding of the patina on the stone, further enhancing the natural look of authenticity and centuries gone by. This may also hold true for the planters that are wrapped in decorative iron wire.
